Ron Garl did a terrific job on the original design. This is a Scottish links-style course. It was built on rolling hills, so expect many uneven lies. Water hazards come into play on several holes. A fine layout with room off of the tee so you can swing away! The large undulating Bermuda greens putt true and offer greenside bunkers to test your accuracy. Buffalo Creek is a great golf value, fair, challenging, and modestly priced. Easily accessible from every direction, come play Buffalo Creek and enjoy a beautiful golf environment.

This executive course features numerous trees surrounding the fairways, which offer many shaded areas. The design also includes wooded wetland areas. The fairways are narrow, making it a challenge off the tees. There are several challenging par 4's, including the signature hole, #18, a 254-yard, par 4, which features a slight dogleg right fairway lined with trees, which leads to a medium-sized green.
